Return policy for products sold to EU countries.

We make and ship our items with care using protective packaging.

If the product is damaged when you receive it, please contact us within 5 days from the delivery date with proper documentation including photos of the damages.

You can return the product within 14 days at your own cost. The 14 day period is counted from the day you received the product.  

Once we have received the item in its original, new condition, with the original packaging, we’ll give you a refund or exchange. If the item is not in its original condition, we have the right to refund you partially or not refund you at all.  

If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for all additional shipping costs. The new item will be shipped after the returned item is received in its original condition.  

Custom orders are an exception in the “refund/exchanges” part of these terms and conditions.  

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged since they are custom produced for you.

Shipping policy

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all orders will be shipped within five days after your payment has been received.  

Your order will be shipped to your indicated address.  

We are not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost or misplaced orders.  

We are not responsible for import fees, customs fees, taxes and other duties charged by your  local government.  

Once the package is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.  

If a package cannot be delivered by our carrier for any reason, or if you refuse the package, you will be charged for all shipping costs.
